After double-clicking the file
name, click Yes on the screen that asks whether you want to
"Accept all default options." Then click Finish
on the "Installation Folder" screen that follows. Then click Yes
on the screen that asks: "The specified output folder does not
exist, create it?" Finally, click on Full Install to
finish the installation.

IMPORTANT:
Do not change the installation directory or name of the file. Also,
you don't have to download the courses each time you wish to take
them. After installing them on your computer, retake each course by
clicking Start, pointing to Programs, clicking Medicare
CBT, and then double-clicking Course icon. Any number of
users can take the courses once they are installed. Just be sure
they enter a unique First and Last Name
and Password, when they begin each course.
